I'm Juan Grullon, and I lead GRUVAS directly. I bring more than 20 years of enterprise IT experience across Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Spain, including a Head of IT Service Management & Operations role at a publicly listed company. Being founder-led means you work directly with that experience, with no layers between you and the person responsible for your outcomes. For larger or specialized projects, I bring in a trusted network of experienced engineers, including nearshore talent across Latin America and developers in India, matched to what your project needs. You still work directly with me the whole time, and I stay accountable for the outcome.
