We are not hiring right now, and that is a deliberate choice. GRUVAS is founder-led, and we grow the team slowly and only when the work truly calls for it. If that sounds like the kind of place you would want to be part of one day, we would still love to hear from you.

Being founder-led is a feature, not a stage we are trying to grow out of. It means clients work directly with senior experience, with no layers in between. When a project needs more hands, we bring in a trusted network of experienced engineers, matched to the work, rather than carrying a large permanent team. That keeps our focus on doing good work, not on filling seats.
People who care about the details.
When we do add someone, we look for the same things we bring to every engagement. Clear thinking, honest communication, and real ownership of the outcome. We care more about how someone works and how they treat clients than about a long list of buzzwords.
