This Cookie Policy explains how the GRUVAS IT Solutions website uses cookies and similar technologies.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. They can be strictly necessary (for the site to work), or optional (for example, to measure how the site is used). This policy also covers similar technologies such as local browser storage.

What This Site Stores Today

This website uses the Google tag (Google Ads, AW-18366412685) to measure conversions from the contact form. Depending on your consent choices and your region, this may set or read Google advertising and measurement cookies or similar identifiers. Separately, the site keeps three small preferences in your browser local storage:

• gruvas.theme: your light or dark theme choice
• gruvas.lang: the site language of the page you last viewed
• gruvas.consent: your consent decision, with the time it was recorded and the policy version it applies to

These preferences stay on your device, are not shared with other websites and are not used to track you.

Analytics, Advertising, and Measurement

We use Google Ads conversion measurement with Google Consent Mode v2. Consent Mode adjusts how Google tags behave based on your consent choices and regional configuration. For visitors in the EU, EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising and measurement storage is denied by default until consent is given. For visitors in other regions, storage may be allowed by default. When advertising and measurement storage is denied, Google tags load in a limited way and do not use these cookies or identifiers. The technologies we use today include:

• Google Ads conversion measurement, to count contact-form submissions
• Google Consent Mode v2, which respects your consent choices and regional configuration
• HubSpot website analytics, including the hubspotutk visitor cookie, used only where you consent
• The local theme, language and consent preferences described above

HubSpot Website Analytics

HubSpot is the GRUVAS customer relationship management system, and the HubSpot tracking code (Hub 245452145) is installed on this website, which remains hosted on Cloudflare Pages. GRUVAS uses it for website traffic and page-view analytics. Where you consent, HubSpot may set or read cookies and similar identifiers, including hubspotutk, which recognizes your browser across visits. Where you consent and then submit the contact form, the HubSpot visitor token may be included with the submission so your earlier activity on this website can be associated with your inquiry.

When you decline, HubSpot analytics consent and HubSpot advertising consent are set to false, HubSpot tracking cookies are not intentionally authorized, and no visitor token is attached to a form submission. The HubSpot tracking code may still load in a limited mode while optional consent is denied; in that state it does not have consent to set identifying analytics cookies. HubSpot's own separate cookie banner is disabled: the GRUVAS consent dialog is the only banner, and it controls both Google and HubSpot consent.

Security and Anti-Spam

The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. Where the anti-spam challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled on the contact form, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary storage in order to confirm that a submission is not automated. This is used for security, not for advertising.

Managing Your Choices

You can accept or decline optional analytics, advertising and measurement storage in the consent dialog, and you can change your decision at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer. Accepting and declining are equally available, and declining does not affect how the site works. You can also control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, although blocking them may mean the site no longer remembers your language or theme.

Changes

We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.

This is policy version 1.2.1. When a material change is published, the consent dialog is shown again so you can review your choice.
